What we do
The Hubs will then be instrumental in accelerating the deployment of sustainable urban development solutions at the local and regional level. They will develop packages of measures to maximise co-benefits among key sectors, including energy and resources within a wider sustainable urban development concept. The main objective for the Hubs is to deliver trainings on business models and policy recommendations that help to create a maximum of co-benefits between air quality, climate change and other sustainable urban development goals. This provides excellent opportunities for applied research, learning, exchange and capacity building. The Hubs will also act as hosts for Masters and PhD students during their field work.
